The pandemic which we are facing right now has shown us the importance of various social workers including doctors, the scientists, the policemen, the cleaners etc. Instead of criticizing their work, we must do all we can to help them. I would like to give thanks to all those who are fulfilling their duty, and keeping us safe.

Risking themselves for me and you,
I convey my thanks to you.

Thank you, Doctors & Nurses , for you work so hard,
Against any disease you are our bodyguard.
The sword of medicine in your hand you go off to war,
We are in your debt forevermore.

Thank you to the police, who are helping greatly in this time,
Being so responsible and loyal every time.
Making sure we are safe , you play your role,
We are thankful to you on the whole.

I thank everybody else , for doing all they can,
But they also need the support, of each and every man
Come On! Be responsible, this virus must not stall
If we are together we may have a happy ending after all.

Just wear your mask and maintain social distance,
Their hard work will bear fruit only with this assistance 
Just do the right thing and be dutiful
You will see that in the end results are wonderful

Once upon a time, in a land so absurd, Where purple pineapples and talking socks were heard, Lived Professor Wumblethorp, a wizard quite klutzy, And Herring Walker, their apprentice so gutsy.
